The Village Doctor | Appointments

If you have already been seen in the office and need a non-urgent appointment, you may want to try this appointment request form. It saves the problem of calling Dr. Brady after hours (and being told to call back when the office is open) or worrying about playing phone tag with Jeannie. The simple information provided alerts us to the fact you need an appointment, and we will call to set it up.

Everyone submitting “today” requests should expect a phone call between 8 am and 8:30 am the next business morning to discuss a time to come in. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached between 8 am and 8:30 am!Patients submitting requests for “later in the week” or “later in the month” will receive the calls later in the day to set up their appointment.

All information e-mailed will be deleted as soon as the appointment is scheduled and all patients are expected to come to their appointments unless they call to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to their appointed time.

If you feel you need to be seen quickly or you have any pressing questions, please call Dr. Brady at 223-0124. If you are having any symptoms of a life threatening illness (crushing chest pain, sudden onset numbness or weakness, trauma, etc), please go directly to the emergency room and call Dr. Brady after you are stabilized! Patients who have not been seen in the office previously will need to call (757)-223-0124 during regular business hours to schedule a new patient appointment.
